I learned to seek you, spurred by woe.

You made yourself known, bit by bit.

Now, on desert days, I seek again. But, the gift: I recall having found you, and know you will allow it again. This lonely walk, it is just a piece of a longer path.

Sustain me, Lord, even on such a gray march.
