New Sight

Bringing new obligations.

Sitting in my study before dawn, thoughts racing.

Yesterday, what books must I now balance? Can I repair the breach?

Can I undo what was done?

Without this early dawn, I would never have seen the wound that I now worry over healing.

Thank you, Lord, for this vision, even as it now obligates me in ways unforeseen.

Consider:

Can I shoulder even my new burdens?
