A Place to Stand

Under clear skies.

A gathering storm, it will fall upon the whole village. Nothing I do or do not do can save my neighbor. Nothing I do or do not do can turn away the rains.

The rains will fall, the winds will whip, and the skies will clear. Will we, then, have ground upon which to stand?

Nothing I do or do not do can separate me from you, Lord. Let me look toward clear skies.

Consider:

Can I feel your nearness, regardless of the ground I am on?
