Letter 4456

Where do I seek refuge?
Deep in my home, in the closet of the furthest room from the door?
In the secret hollow in the forest, undiscovered and away from prying eyes?
In the stronghold built into the mountain?
In the desert there is a great rock, cleft by a forgotten bolt from the sky, with just enough space to crawl in for protection from the elements. Refuge provided by an apprehension of grace.
❖
There will I rest. There will I restore. There will I find peace.
Rock of Ages, grant me rest.
Consider:
Can I know deeply that you will provide me refuge?
